CAN I SEE THE MAP BEFORE IT IS CREATED?
Yes! We will send a proof via email within 1-2 business days. Once you approve your proof, your map should ship within 5 business days.
CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COLOR(S) THAN YOU OFFER?
Please do! Our number one goal is to ensure that you are completely in love with your map. We invite you to personalize any of our maps however you would like. There is no extra charge for custom color, changing/taking away text, or any other ideas you may have - We're here to help!
CAN I SEND A MAP AS A GIFT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes! These maps are a great way for businesses to track their customers in style. Please email us your logo in Vector format.
DO YOU HAVE ANY COUPON CODES or DISCOUNTS?
Absolutely! Pin any of our maps to your Pinterest page and we will send you a coupon code for 10% off. Please contact us once you've pinned!
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA! Once shipped, your canvas should arrive within 5-7 business days. You can also upgrade to Priority Shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Maps must be shipped to a residential or commercial address, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes.
Map pins are shipped separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* Large size maps (30x40'' and 32x48'') cannot be shipped internationally. Please choose a smaller size map (16x24'', 20x30'', or 24x36'')
*We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. Please inquire if you would like to ship to another destination. Customer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs associated with international shipping.
As each map is custom/ made-to-order/ designed to your exact specifications/ personalized, etc. - we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If damage occurs to your canvas during shipping, please take clear pictures and email them ASAP in order to receive a replacement. While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, please contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
